HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2011


Soooo we haven't posted since May huh?? Get on the wagon and ride it for awhile, then we get sidetracked and fall off! Instead of having a resolution lets just set some goals and follow thru with them. I am happy to say I am still down 12 pounds from last year so thats good news. BUT I didn't hit my goal of being under 200 by my 30th birthday! Bummer! When I did turn 30 I sat down and wrote down some goals and of course being healthy and losing weight was one of them so this time around I will be putting my food diary on a spreadsheet and placing the calories beside them. Im going to start off with 1500 calories and see how it goes for the first week. Good luck Sistas!!
