Checking In

Its been a week and I have followed my calories to a T! I have been using www.myfitnesspal.com and absolutely LOVE it! The support on there is amazing and the message boards are full of great low-fat recipes and lots of slow cooker ones! That is what makes life a little bit easier :)

I am making roasted cauliflower for supper and will be posting pictures and a recipe for that hopefully tonight if not tomorrow.

I have only been going to the gym for water aerobics 2 nights a week so my goal is to add one more day each week so I can hopefully get up to 5 days a week again. Im just taking it slow but eating healthy because I believe eating is a HUGE part of weight loss.
