Fake Cheez-Its and Pickle Dip

Another low carb recipe I tried today but actually LOVED! Who knew you could bake slices of cheese and they would crisp up into cracker like yumm-ness!

These are the two kinds of cheeses I used

Fake Cheez-Its

Cut up your favorite kind of cheese slice into 4 squares

Place on parchment paper and bake 30-60 minutes at 250 degrees. I baked mine for 60 min because I liked them extra crispy!

Pickle Dip

1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. dill weed
1 T. minced dried onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dill pickles
ham, diced (optional)

Mix everything together except pickles. Once combined, dice the pickles into slices and stir in. Could use ham too if you wanted.


Fake Cheez-Its dipped in Pickle Dip were AMAZING!
