Roasted Vegetables Rock!
This week I decided to try making roasted vegetables. I have always heard how GREAT they are and never really got that excited about them. Well, I decided to use green beans, asparagus & onion and they tasted AWESOME! All you do it put the veggies on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and depending on the veggies you cook them about 20 mins & then turned them over and cook another 20 mins. Denser veggies like potatoes take a bit longer. But I can't even describe how good them were... definitely try it!
