Today for lunch I decided to make Turkey Reuben Quesadilla, they turned out pretty good! Sorry for the bad picture, I wanted to snap one of it while making it but had a lot going on today. Enjoy!
Turkey Reuben Quesadillas
Sprayed skillet with olive oil spray, laid pita bread on bottom, layered with 1 T thousand island, then laid cheese, turkey and sauerkraut on top, placed another pita bread and sprayed that with the olive oil spray. Flipped when brown.
